For parents of students participating in the Rabbit Hill trips, ski and snowboard equipment can be dropped off on the day of the trip from 7:30am-8:00pm at Muir Lake Hall. A parent volunteer will be at the hall to receive the equipment and store it at the hall for the duration of the school day. After school, students can retrieve it from the hall to load onto the bus.
*Important* Any students that are not able to attend the trip that day due to illness, alternate plans etc, please email or text Jana Williams. Also, if you have made plans for your child not to ride on the bus home, we request that you advise Jana Williams in writing before 6pm as we need to account for all students before leaving the hill. This information is then consolidated and passed on to the on site student coordinator parent.
