Westview Health Ctr Request for Records

Posted on behalf of Westview Health Centre

Update on a change to the Alberta School Health Immunization Program

We are now required to complete full immunization record reviews for all Grade 5 and 9 students.  In preparation for full record reviews, we will be starting the background work of collecting immunization records from the Grade 4 and Grade 8 students.  This will allow us to ensure that our records are up to date so that when the students are in grade 5 and 9 the School Team will know what immunizations to offer.  To help with this process letters are being sent home with the grade 4 & 8 students within the next week.

Should parents have questions please have them contact the Westview Health Centre at 780-968-3784.

Thanks in advance for your help,
