Muir Lake Musical Theatre CTF is putting on its own version of Cinderella!
Mrs. Gottenbos & Miss Remillard have been working with a fantastic group of grade 6-9’s getting ready for what may be our best play yet! There will be two nights of performances: Wednesday, March 15, and Thursday, March 16. Both performances will be at 7:00pm, with doors opening at 6:45. Tickets will be on sale at the school office starting Monday, Feb. 28. Tickets are $5.00 each.
Please note that this will be about a 45 minute performance and that actors will not be miked. For this reason we ask you not to buy tickets for young children who cannot sit quietly for this long. Thank you in advance for your consideration.
Seating is limited. Get your tickets fast!
Are you interested in learning to play a wind instrument? Mr. Loge from Ecole Broxton Park School is heading into his 10th year offering a beginner and advanced program for band students. Anyone in the Spruce Grove area is invited to join. Please see the attached documents for further details. An information night will be held on Tuesday, Jan. 10, 2017.
Yet another post. 🙂
Choir members – please come dressed in black pants/dress/pants. We will be wearing our choir t-shirts. I have most of these in the music room already. One less thing to worry about.
Please notice the following needs by way of costumes or props for the grade 4-6 classes:
Props needed: If you have hockey sticks, jerseys, gloves, pads, or helmets, please label them and bring them to store in the music room. These will stay here until the Christmas concert.
Gavin, Alexis, Kyla, Nicholas – please bring a toque & mitts or a toque & scarf.
Come dressed in: Shorts, t-shirts, sunglasses (if you have them).
Props needed: Looking for a few Sombreros. Please send them labeled with your child’s name.
Props needed: Hawaiian leighs. Please attach a piece of tape to the leigh with your child’s name on it.
Just a quick note to let you know the dates for our Christmas Concerts this year.
